What you’ll be doing as a Head of Operations

As Touring Operations Manager, you will be the driving force behind our daily operations. You make sure that every tour leaves the warehouse on time, complete, and to the highest standard. This role combines leadership, planning, and hands-on involvement. You will work closely with our project managers, technicians, and freelance crew to ensure flawless execution.

Key Responsibilities

1. Coordinate warehouse activities: prepping, loading, and returning equipment.
2. Manage trucking schedules, drivers, and logistics planning.
3. Oversee inventory control, scanning systems (RentBuddy), and equipment maintenance.
4. Schedule and supervise freelancers and warehouse staff.
5. Ensure quality standards and safety compliance are met at all times.
6. Act as the main contact for project managers regarding logistics and deadlines.
7. Drive improvements in workflow efficiency and cost control.

Profile We Expect

• Proven experience in live event/touring operations or a similar logistics/warehouse environment.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines under pressure.
• Hands-on mentality: willing to lead by example in the warehouse when needed.
• Good communication in Dutch and English (German is a plus).
• Familiarity with rental software (RentBuddy or equivalent) is an advantage.

• Monthly salary: €3,200 – €3,800 gross (based on full-time, experience dependent), 80 – 100% workweek
