What you’ll do

Manage our financial administration in Exact Online
Process invoices and maintain bank statements
Prepare and submit VAT declarations
Support monthly closings and report directly to management
Assist with payroll administration and personnel updates
Help optimize and streamline administrative workflows

What you bring

Experience with Exact Online (required)
Solid knowledge of financial administration, VAT, and month-end procedures
MBO-4 degree or higher in administration, finance or business
Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
Living in the Echt (Limburg) region
A proactive mindset—you see what can be improved and make it happen
Fluent in Dutch and English

What We Offer

20-hour position per week, with at least 75% of your time on site in Echt
Gross salary: approx. €1,700 per month (based on 20 hours, depending on experience)
