Your Role

We are looking for a Local Business Development Manager to expand our presence in your region. In this role, you will connect DB Professional’s world-class audiovisual capabilities with local event organizers, venues, agencies, and companies. You will build long-term relationships, identify opportunities, and ensure our clients experience the quality and reliability that define DB Professional.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and manage client relationships within your region (40 km)
  • Identify new business opportunities in live events, touring, corporate events, and installations
  • Meet with clients in person and online, showcasing our audiovisual solutions and capabilities
  • Work closely with our technical and operations teams to create tailored proposals
  • Represent DB Professional at site visits, client meetings, and industry events
  • Share market insights and client feedback to strengthen our services and positioning

Who You Are

  • Experience in sales, account management, or business development, ideally within the audiovisual, live events, or creative industries
  • Affinity with AV technology and production — you understand the language of light, sound, and stage (or are eager to learn)
  • A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with strong follow-through
  • Excellent communication skills — confident in presenting and advising clients
  • Fluent in Dutch and English
  • Valid driver’s license and flexibility to travel within your region
